Refund Policy
If your reading didn't land for you — for any reason, no questions, no defensiveness — we refund you within 30 days.
The 30-day guarantee
Every full reading is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. You don't need to justify the request. Astrology is personal; some readings hit and some don't, and we would rather refund you than have you feel taken.
How to request a refund
Email hello@astra.report from the address you used at checkout. Please include:
- The email address used at checkout (if different).
- The access link from your delivery email, if you have it handy (optional — we can look it up by email).
- Optionally, a sentence on what didn't work — we read every response and use it to improve the system. Not required.
Processing time
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your data
When you request a refund, we delete your birth inputs, computed chart, narrative, and PDF on request. We retain a minimal order record (your name, email, Stripe session ID, refund timestamp) for tax and anti-money-laundering recordkeeping. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
Edge cases
- Preview only, no upgrade:the preview is free — there's nothing to refund. If you want your data deleted, email us.
- Gift readings: the buyer is the refund recipient. We notify the gift recipient if a refund affects an undelivered reading.
- Chargebacks:if you dispute a charge directly with your bank without contacting us first, we honor that dispute, but it slows things down for everyone. Email us — it's faster.
